Late delivery of Gas cylinde

I have Bharat gas connection and my numeber is 27991. For last 8 months or so I am facing the problem with delivery of cylinders. Whenever I ask for the refilling of my gas cylinder, concerned person promise me for the delivery in next two days but I dont get it in even next 15 days. Contacting them is headache. No of agency is 079-26814350. Most of the time I get user busy and in case I get the line, nobody attends the call. For booking a cylinder it takes two or three days because of phone engage problem. For checking the status again after 15 days, I need to wait for more 2-3 days to get connected to them. In case I get the number, they again promise to deliver it in next two days.

generally I follow for 1 month, 3-4 times then I get the cylinder.

I heard that, Indian government has the provision that, Gas cylinder will be delivered to customers in 24 hrs. Even if I am wrong, following up for one month is not acceptable.

I would request you to please take necessary action.
