Non delivery of gas cylinde

I am a consumer of Bharat gas domestic cylinder and my consumer ID No is 13320. I receive my cylinder from Govinda Gas Agency in Koratty.(Trissur).

On booking my cylinder after 21 days from the date of delivery, I never receive my cylinder in time. Currently, I had booked my cylinder on the 15/11 and my booking reference is 4441038 but have still not received a cylinder till date.

Its a pathetic situation. Kindly help.
