I have not recieved the cylinder yet

I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder consumer no. 2082 booking no.18254514 in the name of Ram Sunder Gupta on dt. 16/02 but till today on 15/03 I have not recieved the cylinder yet. I have been calling (on 9/03) the distributor Victory Enterprises ranjendra park extn. Nangloi, New Delhi Staff of the Victory Enterprises saying that after 1-2 days they will despatch us.

after that I had been calling LPG helpline no. (18002333555) my complaint no.310240029063 on 12/03

Please advice whats the next step.
