Non-delivery of cylinder in time

I m consumer of Bharat Gas having consumer no 86711, dealer name Ashok Gas Service, located at Sai Satguru Apartment, Shop No B/2, Sainathwadi, Opp dhumal Service Station, Asalpha Link Road, Ghatkopar West, Mumbai 84. my complaint is non-delivery on time or very late delivery of Gas Cylinder at my residence. it happens from last 4 months. Normally the vendor is delivered the cylinder 2-3 days but from last four months the deliveryman delivering the cylinders 15-20 days. either they are selling in black or they are not doing their job properly. so please, i m requesting you please take necessary action against the dealer Ashok Gas Service and their men. thanking you.
