Non Delivery of LPG cylende

Dear Sir,

I Have booked a gas cylender on 16.09.11 at Shiv Sakti gas agency Indira Vihar Nirankari Colony Delhi. But unfortunatly I have not recived gas cylender till now.

This is not happend in first time, this is in habbit of this agency people.they always makes delay in gas delivery and people like me suffer for that.

Kindly take this matter seriously
