Delaying of delivery

Iam not happy with your services in Malappuram. I have booked LPG cylinder on 19/01 and booking no is 8119 at your agent Malappuram, but as of today (19/03) 59 days completed, till now your service provider do not send us the delivery. I have contacted at your provider but informed me that delivery will be very soon? Kindly i would like to answer me how much days take to delivery after booking in normal condition in my rural area (4km from the malappuram).
