Very careless hearing and submition

I had booked one lpg refilling on dated 14/12/10 vide their online booking number 9335311260 under booking number7 alloted by them.and despite reminders by phone the agency shalimar gas agencies located at chowk is not puttingup ears.this happens every times. i would like to ask wheather the phonal booking lpg refill supply takes place after one week to indfinite period or it should be supply within one week.
