Negligency in gas delivery

Dear sir,

Bharath gas agency "VENKATADRI GAS AGENCIES" HIRIYUR-572143. CHITRADURGA DIST. KARNATAKA STATE. My costomer ID.10049, every time making delay in delivery of gas cylinder. even though after billing they won't deliver I hope they are misutilising (selling out side) my recent bill no.13415 dt.27.10.10 not yet delivered so far, kind request to take serious action for timely delivery of gas.
