Non delivery even after 3 weeks

Sir, My Consumer No. with M/s Sree Venkiteswara Gas Agency ;Thrissur ;PIN 680001 is 885. On 27 12 2010 I had booked for the refilled Gas Cylender. On 13 01 When I contacted them on phone, the reply I received was a shoking one. They told me that on 05 01 2011 my refilled cylender was returned undelivered due to road block and that I have to book afresh for getting the refilled cylender.
