Delay in refilling of LPG cylinde

This is dineshkumar from chennai. We are having bharat petroleum cooking lpg gas connection for nearly 6 years. Our booking for refilling is done by the Hindustan gas agency, 4e, Kasturibai nagar, 1st main road Adayar, chennai-20 . For the past six months are so, they are not delivering cylinder in time they are taking more than 20 days to delivery and also they asking more money then, what was actually in the bill. This month also same thing happening for us. And also while we are calling the agency via phone number which they had provided in the bill. It will keep on ringing with no response. Nearly 5 to10 times we got there directly also, but they not giving any response. So we decide to register the compliant in consumer forum. So you people can do the needful for us.
