Charged Extra money than MRP

I have purchased a Johnson baby powder with few other thing. i found that they have charged me 100 rs. extra.

there is clearly mentioned that the cost of 100 gm powder is 38 and he has charged 138rs. from me, this amount for 100gm of powder is mentioned in the bill.
