Bihar State Electricity Board
Power supply is too bad

In our town power supply is too bad from last 15 days. In 24 hrs, Elec. Board is only supplying 2-3 hrs in a day. I want to know what's the reason behind it & also want to know which types of action taking Board against the use of Heater.
