Consienment not delivered

Dear Sir,

I have sent a courier of rakhi to Ahmedabad city on date 17/Aug to Ashish Srivastava, I mentioned on it receiver’s address with mobile number and also sender’s Name and mobile number but courier has not delivered to him. When I called to Ahmedabad office [079- 26562290, 26562293] on 21/Aug they told me receiver’s home is always close. But courier delivery boy was not go there for delivery even he did not give call on given mobile number, He made some fake P.C.O bills and sad receiver’s home is always closed. I call many times on Customer service cells (Phone: 011-43560800-01-02-03-04-05-06-07-08-09) but no one attend the phone.

I face these types of problem in your courier several times, but this time my feelings and sentiments are hearted. Day by day your service quality is degrading and now it become poor. Sir please do need full to send my courier on time otherwise I will not use your courier service in future and spread my case to my entire colleague, on line blogs and forums.
