Consignment not delivered

This is the bull shit service this is my first counter with blaze flash service & consignment is not delivered.

Following is consignment no: - 212588938 . Details shows that out to delivered on Internet.

If I call to customer care they don't provide any details for the same and they are very rude while talking. They said no need to call here go to the person where you have given your courier. They cut the phone in between. I called to Mumbai sanpada office but they are not picking up the phone.yesterday i have received the call from blazeflash Delhi that your doc will delivered tomorrow but still not getting.
