Dear Sir,

I have sent a Courier through M/s. Blazeflash Courriers Limitd vide Consignment Note No: 203272813 dated 13th October through your Agent M/s. Flash Courier, 33- Kashmiri Market, Connaught Place, Opposite Shanker Market, New Delhi -11001 to my daughter Mrs. Sarika Mathur, 17 - Mahadev Nagar, Near Vaishali Nagar Post Office, Gandhi Path, Jaipur (Mobile No: 09314081518). The parcel was weighing 1.5 Kg. containing a ladies suit and a game box and Greeting Cards.

The Parcel has not been delivered to my daughter till date. I have made a number of calls to The Blaszeflsh Couriers and their counterpart at Jaipur but they are telling that they are still checking. My daughter has also personally visited your office at Jaipur. It is feared that the parcel has been wrongly delivered to someone else as it is understood that the parcel has reached to Jaipur but it has not been delivered to my daughter.

I am, therefore, filing my Claim as under:

Cost of one ladies suit consiting of three pieces Rs.1194.00

purchased from M/s. Variety Exclusif, Ajmal

Kha Road, New Delhi vide theirCash Memo

No: 34210 dated 9.10.2010.

Cost of one Stat Color Kit 225 purchased from Rs. 225.00

Daddys Gift Gallery, Dwarka vide their Invoice

Cost of two Greeting Cards purchased from Rs. 70.00
