Dear Sir,

On 27th November, i shifted my house from kandivali East (Thankur Village) to Borivali West (eksar Road). i had contracted sevices wilth Bollywood packers & movers.

After being shifted to said location & because of unavilability to open all the packaging & the said company asked to serve a draft amount of 500/- cash (refund) as a securtiy for his packaging Material (Paper Caroon & Bags). since than he agreed to take back his Material & refund after two days.

As of now being repetitive call to the owner (MR. Mangesh. # 09867698050), he is not sending hos person, neither picking calls. Since past few days his material is lying in my flat & i am being unable to shift/adjust properly & also of refund.

In my view he wants to not to refund the said amount & dont want to pick up the materail wich actually cost not more than 100/-.

in this view i urge you to do favour for me & also to tender me the said amount with penalty.
