Non receipt of book for which payment is made

I had ordered a book through online shopping from Book Shop of India, Delhi. It was said that the books will be delivered within a weeks time. But its more than a month no book has been received and no communication at all. The web address and the phone numbers given by them in their website are all fake. Please do not order books from Bookshop of India.
