I have a BPL prepaid Sim card.however due to poor network i decided to change to vodafone using the mobile no. portability service.after i submitted my document at vodafone in a few days time i received a message frm BPL claiming i have unpaid dues because of which my documents got rejected at vodafone.after having visited the BPL gallery i was told that they sent that message because of my no having insufficient prepaid balance which was again an error on their side as i had a balance of 300 rs.their error has caused me too much trouble & i have wasted my time & money.the service provider BPL is indirectly forcing me to not switch to vodafone.
BPL has falsely claimed of being Mumbai's Best Service Provider & no record of call drops.i am too bugged handling this issue. And i am not being able to change to vodafone because of BPL causing obstructions
