Useless customer service

Dear Officer Incharge,

I went to brandfactory stores at Kapurbawdi Thane west and bought 2 wrangler shirts costing Rs. 1795 and 1895. I proceeded towards the PAYMENT counter where they said my HDFC credit card (Chip card which can be swiped too) will not work so they told me to give another card or cash. I went to easy day shopping mall used my card where they swiped the same HDFC credit card and I told them to see the receipt of currently purchased goods from Easy day but invain. I tried to speak to the store manager or customer service people but the same person who refused me at payment counter came to customer service desk and replied the same. I was not allowed to contact the store manager.

CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME WHAT THE HELL IS THE PROBLEM?? WHY THE CUSTOMER IS NOT ALLOWED TO TALK TO THE STORE MANAGER AND WHY THIS SERVICE IS NOT WORKING AT YOUR STORE SINCE LAST ONE WEEK AS TOLD ME BY THE PERSON AT THE PAYMENT COUNTER.

Above all the customer complaint section of the website www.futuregroup.in is not working as it is displaying the message that the site is under maintenance and the telephone number of west zone is not reachable.
