Unnecessary charges not yet reversed

Egarding case id=001-422-206 in which i had never asked for any loan, but they send me the dd for rs 47000/- which was returned on the same day but they are charging me interest and panel ties for the loan which ihave never asked and availed. Their recovery dept is mentally harnessing and continuously threatening me. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest and oblige.
