Not activation of free numbers

Espected sir,

i buy a new sim of bsnl with no 09464139979 and scheme JAIJAWAN. sir there are two no 9466464603 & 8901321616 on which i found daily 20 minute of free calling & these i had all ready mention on the requisition form of bsnl . these facility are not activate till time .you are requested pl activate above mention.
