Offer not given along with the delivery of products

I am staying in ghaziabad and on 31st may i.e. Yesterday i had ordered for household goods for home delivery. In the evening at 5 p.m the order was delivered at my residence and the bill was handed over to me, the bill number being INV/ 2166/cash1 and the purchase was made from subhikha trading service ltd kavinagar ghaziabad.

The company had an offer of giving 3 kgs basmati rice and 3 bottles of pepsi along with the purchase of Rs 1500 and above, our bill amounted to Rs1562 and inquiring about the offer the salesperson point blankly refused. We inquired the same from other department stores of subhiksha in ghaziabad and came to know that the offer started from 31st may.

The kavinagar department store is not willing to give the offer and the bill handed over to me was torn. This seems to be a case of simply cheating the customer.
