I went to Subhiksha for some last minute purchase at Subhiksha on this Sunday evening, I purchased noodles worth Rs 20, on giving Rs 100 note the person at the counter, Prabhakar Rajput rudly rufused toa ccept saying he does not have change. This is impossible, I trust it is a running store and the counter ought to have the change. It is the person who was adamanet & Rude. His superior, Santosh Pujari was also tyhe same. The manager Mr Shaikh was absent. When I Demanded the complaint book the same was not available. Mr Shaikh was kind enough to respond to the call on his cell phone, but he also confiemed that there is no complaint book.

I am not upset for not having the change but the behavior of the people at Subhiksha. No woinder the foot fall is also reducing.

I was very proud Mr Subramanium for giving tough fight to all biggies like Reliance, D mart but these people at your shop will finaly make you shut down. I am also suprised that IIM alumni run store does not maintain any complint book. Are you listening Mr Subramanim???
