Tata Indicom sucks!

I had applied for BB connection and was told after the feasibility check that i can't get it right now in my area... may be later... a week later one SUNIL shows up (rep indicom) stating that i could get the BB... and he has got it all confirmed and i need to pay upfront... i asked him i can't do that... the next morning he came handed me a slit and collected the installation charge of Rs 500 and asked me to wait for the installation engineer in the evening... no body showed up... tried calling his no... he doesn't respond and the office doesn't take responsibility... even called up tech help line twice... the complain was registered by the clumsy reps but no action... i might have to go to the consumer court and register a complaint. Tata Indicom sucks...
