Damage of Goods and non delivery of my ca

I had booked my Household goods through Carvan Packers nad Movers vide C.N NUMBER 17808 and 17809 for household goods and Car Transportation.

To my utmost surpises, I recieved the goods in damaged condition and the loss was to the tune of Rs 50000.00.

The rate settelled was Rs 47 Thousand and til date i paid them Rs 350000 thousand and told them, that once they deliver my car (SX4) which is still untraceble, i will clear the balance amount.

Their B.M Mr Ramesh Choudhary and all senior persons are saying, that, i need to clear the money first, and then only they will deliver my car. They are in Blackmailinh mode and i don't know the status of my car yet. I told them, that once they deliver the car, i will clear the amount immediately.

Still no one is bothered and i aam facing mental harassment and loss due to expenses bieng incurred for transporatation without the car.

Please help me lodging the complaint.
