Unsatisfaction of complaints attendant

Complaints on "Eureka Forbes Water Purifier (Aqua Gaurd RO)" costing Rs.7500/- purchased one year back.

These sales people make big promises of services and schemes, before purchase they used to explain how to use, but after purchased they'll not tell the comand properly. and they'll insist for AMC,

Some time the salesman dosen't know comand, and dont know how to tell/ taking care of therir purifier. not explaining proplerly to the customer

Pls tell normally, How many times that candle should replace? In 1 yer 2 year 3 year?

These people should take at least some responsibility of the products they sell or their should be some prompt customer care service

I would like to suggest company should reduce the Pruifier Candle and AMC rate. so everybody will go for the AMC and take care of their PF and get quality water.
