Huge delay in supply of lpg cylinde

Sir,

My LPG Cooking consumer No. is 26952 in the name of R N BISWAS under CHIRAAG AGENCY, BAGDOGRA, SHIVMANDIR, DISTT-DARJEELING, WEST BENGAL. The connection was transferred from Patna to Siliguri during the month of December due to my transfer, since then I never supply any LPG cylinder for cooking in time. The gap between one cylinder to next is at least 40 days. Not only this, I got cylinder from them after making complaint over telephone by 15 to 17 days for which i spent more than Rs.50/- telephone charges in every month. Further CHIRAAG AGENCY adopted a procedure that no customer book their cylinder before 15 days from the date of supply of last cylinder, where as this time limit has not been fixed by the IOC authority. As such i am facing a lot of problems to cook foods on regular basis and compel to use kerosine 15 to 16 days before supply of any cylinder.

In view of above, I request you to take appropriate remedial action against CHIRAAG AGENCY immediately or the agency may be transferred to other so that people can minimize their problems from the mismanagement of CHIRAAG AGENCY please.
