Increase of product rate upto 10%

Sir,

I have purchased some ration items from the City Departmental Store. Then he gave me increase rates of the ration items upto 8-10%. For example: Gagan Ghee = Rs.53 per Kg.& Fortune Refined= Rs.58/- per Kg. But on the neighbouring shops. Gagan Ghee= 48 per Kg. & Fortune = Rs.56/- per Kg. When I asked him about the reason of increase in the rates then he told me' its your choice buy or not'.
