Delay in supply

HI all, i am narendra and we are maintain a railway canteen from past 25years. We are saling so many products also we are saling coca cola products from past 5years. Now we getting some problems from from our area sales manager and distibutor of coca cola. The previous sales manager of our area had committed some offers and conditions for saling of these (cocacola) products. We are also for all those conditions and offers. But now our area sales manager has changed and we are getting problems in supply & offers provided for me. Please provide me the sufficent information regarding this complaint.
