Courier not delievered in even 7 days when commitment was of 3 days

I had sent a courier on 27th july in morning from hyderabad (Madhapur office) to Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh). Consignment number is "HYD29828157". The person who was sitting on the desk and who booked my courier said it will take 3 days to deliever but its been 7 days till now and still its not delievered. I went to the courier office today and they said they will get it deliever in next 30 mins but again a false commitment to customer. These people think that they have a monopoly and can do whatever they want because Indian customer is a fool. Kindly forward this complaint to concern department and I would like to sue them for their false commitments and irresponsible services. Service providers like these and others who thinks Customer as fool, their license should be canceled.
