Crisil / Fibre glass (numbered)
Unsatisfactory glasses view not clea

I bought the Crisil numbered fibr progressive glasses along with the frame from one M/s. Vision in Kurla. He took the eye test & provided the spects with the Crisil fibr classes. As I was not comfortable in reading clearly, I complained to the shopkeeper. Who first denied anything like that and asked me to wear the smae for 10 days to familiarise with the same. The problem remain unsolved, then he asked me to go to an Opthalmist to test the eye and with that report (eye test), he got changed the classes (there was a light variation in the new no). The problem remain unsolved, then he changed the frame by exchaing my costly one to a cheaper one, but the problem persisits. He says that he could not done anything, as he has already changed the glasses from the co. Crisil for free once. The mistake lies in his changing the classes first again to progressive instead of going for bi-focal. Can I take the shopkeeper to the Consumer Court, since I am very uncomfortable after spending Rs.4000/- plus Rs.250/- for the eye test with the Doctor. Please guide my future course of action.
