Malpractise and miscommitment

I had purchased a Nikon digital camera on 30 JAn from PAcific MAll Croma Centre UP.There was a freebie (Lather purse Watch) from Nikon along with camera but Representative did not give me due to out of stock and promised to call me within week and arrange the same. But since last 2 month neither they call me not gave my freebie even when I went to centre representative behaviour was very rude and just excusing that out of stock. IT was their promise and responsibility to arrange the same freebie asap but till date they did not bother to even taken my request,

Offer was from Nikon not from croma then why such type of

1- I am expecting the same what-ever promised to me and in perfect condition.

I belive Brand like CROMA have to taken care of such thing and ready to take responsibilities and fulfil their promised made at the time of purchase.
