A small parcel was handed over to Professional Courier, Kilpauk Branch on New Avadi Road, Chennai-600010 and collected the Receipt whose No. is 801004365 dt.05.03.10. This was not delivered at my customer's end at Puducherry. I lodged a verbal complaint to your Manager Mr. Syed on 08.03.10. He took nearly a week and said that they are trying to locate the same and wanted me to give a written complaint. Till today, I have no information about the whereabouts of the parcel. Your Mr. Syed has been giving me false promises and I am totally unhappy the way he is treating me. Many telephone calls and personal visits have been made.
