No delivery

Dear Sir,

I have booked Ubislate7 and my booking ID is PMA5583797DA and as per their instruction, I have already paid Rs. 2999/-, by UTI Bank Cheque and the amount has been debited from my account on 3/3. I have received acknowledgment on March 7th. But after more than one month, instead of giving prompt answer they are just saying "Your order is in process, when your delivery is ready to be shipped you will be contacted beforehand for the details."

Now I have found so many people like me. So there is some doubt raising about their intention. Are they going for fraud or what?
