Dear sir/ madam,

My name is Divya Gupta working with ESI International, Bangalore on 27th of April I have paid Rs.1500 (in Cash) for 8000 database (of specified Titles) to Mr. John (Proprietor) of a Data Wings listed in Just Dial as "Data IT Sector" with the following details:

as per the invoice's contract details he was suppose to give us 1 year validity of the data and he Promised that we will get the data in our email by 6 pm same day 27th may but till date we have not received the data required by us. though he had sent some data which was totally irrelevant to what we had asked for.

we tried contacting him a lot of times a day but he is never answering the call and not responding to the email. I tried visiting his office but there was no office in fact no such address was there at CMH Road, Indiranagar. it was a wrong address published at justdial's website.

Now I have to answer my organization, I dont know what to do... where to find this man, how to get the money back, or get the required data from him...

Kindly help me out... I am really in a mess...
