Product not delivered and no adequate response from company

I bought a Blackberry on the 21st of July from DealAndYou website, which had a guaranteed delivery time “within 21 days”. The cost of the phone, which I paid on the 21st of July is Rs. 14, 996 via neft. As this is a large sum of money to outlay, with no product, I am extremely disgusted and dissappointed with the service and lack of concern for product non-delivery.

As of the 22nd of August, I am still waiting for this product. After numerous calls & emails, the only response I have received is – we are looking into this matter for you and will advise you in 3 days. This 3 day time limit was advised to me on the 16th of August. Obviously, the 3 days specified are not really fixed, they are more like a “maybe someone will get back to you”.

During my calls, I asked to speak to a supervisor / manager to discuss my issues, however I was told that no-one would speak to me as they didn’t have anything else to say to me!!!
