Delay in delivery

This jabez pratheep .c.gilbert giving a complaint regarding the delay in delivery of domestic gas to my house .my consumer no is 34041, i booked a gas on 26/4 they told that it will take 7 days but it was not delivered, then they told it will take another 2 days but again we did not recieved it, so again i called my gas agency deepa gas agency (puirasawalkam) but they tell that due to the delay in load they wew not able to deliver and it will take 1 more day .this is what happend to me, i dont know whether they are telling the truth or not .but when we enquired about them . the others say that they sel it for black upto 550/ cylinder for commercial purpose .please do look into this too. so that they will supply gas to the consumers on time without any delay.
