Delay in delivery of gas cylinde

My consumer no. is 7432.I had booked a gas cylinder on 27/06 and the booking no. is-10430.I have not yet received the cylinder. I have called up them many times but they are always giving me assurance of delivering it in one or two days but they have still not delivered. They have not given any receipt on the last two deliveries.so please consider my complaint as soon as possible.
