We have bought a mobile tracking software from M/s Delta Solutions; a Franchise of Micro technologies (I) Ltd. B4 buying we are told mobile should be GPS & GPRS based. After downloading this software we come to know that it can be track from PC ; for which one need to have internet connections. it cannot be track through mobile GPRS activated continuously at the background. on our cell we are unable to use it now. So we asked the party to uninstalled & refund the amount paid to them; as this software is of no use to us, which they have flatly refused. Along with this we have not provided adequate information about this product.

We had confirm again n again b4 buying this software. we convey this to both Franchise as well as technical support. But after payment both the parties are unable to sort this problem. Nobody it ready to take responsibility of this Improper information as well as service. In this whole process we have wasted our time, energy, money. who will compensate for this??

Is there any law procedure to take action against such incidnets which are common these days?
