Descrepancy in measurement

I have purchase Qty. 1250 nos. of cement bricks from Siva Hollow Bricks, Nedumgolam, Kollam-691334 (Tele 04742516656, Mob:- 95390212099). They have charged Rs.42500/- at the rate of Rs. 34/- for each 40 cm x 20 cm X15 cm bricks. Whereas the size issued to me is 39 cmX19 cm X15 cm. In that I had a loss of Rs. 2.50 per brick and it amount to a total amount of Rs. 3125
