Non delivery of order till now and got the confirmation of delivery from the compay (Dev Flora)

I have ordered a flower Bouque, which was to be delivered on 14th FEB .Till now it has not been delivered and when we are calling to Dev Flora customer care number no body is picking the call. When i send the mail to them regarding the legal action then they replied back and told it was delivered to some other address and they will delivered it again, but till now no response. Order was costing Rs 825 .Order_id=D198735067 .On there site it is showing delivered but actual it is not. Do this company give any importance to customer satisfaction or not?

Customer has to take pain to get informaion about his own delivery.
