Poor customer service: People at this branch have no communication skills .they dont know how to response to calls, and questions. They have no idea how they make it too hard for ppl . i wasn't expecting them to talk to me in English, but they were not efficient to talk in their mother tongue. Really annoying. I am not sure its gonna make any change or not by writing and wasting my time here... Have some sense guys, illiterate people can talk better thn her...
