Diamond set
Payment deducted twice

I nave a call from india today that i have an offer of 6cent diamond set of worth Rs.30000, for that I have to pay only Rs.15499.00 only. I said that I have no money and if they can take the amount on monthly instalment. So they agreed. But the total amount was was debited from my account. Then another call came on the next day and Mr. sahil told that he will credit the total amount in my account by 72 hrs but I have to do the another transaction of the same amount for the product. So I agreed and the amount was paid by me. He said that the product will be dispatched by courier and will reach within 15 days. but another day I found that Rs.30998.00 were debited from my account and I was shocked. Today 10days are over and no credits are there in my account. I phoned on the no.01143882700 but the call is rejected. Iam shocked and dont know what to do. pl. help me out of it.
