Abnormal sound and fitting not perfect

I had purchase one videocon window AC 1.5 Ton capacity on 10 June-08 from Prathivi Electronics AkashGanga Supela Bhilai. After Installing AC abnormal sound appears and it is informed to the dealer but one fatty person always come and told he has having no man power and go back. You are requested to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
