Docomo
Charging 2p/sec instead of 1p/sec for STD calls

I’m using DOCOMO prepaid, at the time of connection the dealer told me that it’s 1p/s for all calls (local & national) always.

Now when I noticed that it is more than 1p/sec, I called customer care they told that 1p/sec is only for 450 mins in a month for STD calls and I have utilized that.

Now it’s 2p/sec they are charging.

This condition was not mentioned on the brochure and the dealer has not informed me about that.

The DOCOMO is fooling the people, please note a complaint against them.
