Gas Cylinder even if it was booked 1 mnth before

This is the 4th time the supply has been done on time its been on time even when we have booked legally on telephone but the gas supplies in black to the hotels nearby by the supplies Doshi brothers, this illegal thing is part of their daily routine so what is the use of having these suppliers when they are of no use, PLZ take some legal action this suppliers untill things get vry ugly in these areas
