Consignment Missed

I have submitted my documents to DTDC office in faridabad with consignment number Z36250169 dated 28/04 from Delhi to

Delhi. As per them documents were delivered on 02/05. But they are unable to submit the proof for receciving. I have sent the my important documents along with one draft, Net Examination form. Due to same i have not received my roll number and i am unable to sit in the exam.

I am continuous chasing them for proof for deliverring my documents but they are not responding. I will attach complete communication with them.
