Use of plastic/polythene bags

Dear sir,

The easyday, Bharti Retail ltd are displaying a notice showing that government has proposed to discourage/ or ban the use of polythene bags .. but govt. has never suggested the retailers to start this to enhance their profit by misusing this notification.

they have started charging the customers rs.one/two for the polythene bags.

By this novel way to discourage the use of polythene bags, they are making money.

This appears to be a unique way. The use of polythene bags is also banned by Himachal govt., but there you will not find even a single retailer charging forcibly or selling polythene bags like Bhart retails Ltd.
