Concern

I got a call day before yesterday (05-01) from 911166036750, 911130694300& 911166036780 at 1:46pm. They said to me that they are calling from MAKE MY TRIP, Delhi. And my number is randomly selected for a offer at free of cost.

I will receive a Reebok shoes Rs 7000 discount coupons for domestic flights and Rs 2000 discounts for domestic and international flights and hotels.

Then they connected me to the IVR system, And asked to enter my Credit card details by saying that it was for just a formalities against the offer, and after entering they would give me a Secret ID number, This ID number i should give it to the person who comes to my communication address to deliver the vouchers and parcel.

I entered the details and next day (06-01) I got another call regarding the time to sent the consignment and told me that for these offer they debited amount Rs 6617 from my card. I immediately deniey the offer and ask to refund the amount they debited. But they cut the line. I tried a lots to call them but the lines are every time busy.

Please help me to get back the amount.
