Not keeping the assurances made before shopping

I did shopping of Rs one lac on 15/1 and of Rs forty thousand on 16/1.i was assured of Rs three coupons for every one hundred rupees of shopping. i have been issued free coupons for my shopping on 16/1 but ebony is refusing me free coupons for my shopping on 15/1. i have made number of complaints to the outlet through emails and through personal visits but to no avail.i want my complaint redressed through your forum.
